  1. Direct control - our habits create and solve these
  2. Indirect control - our methods of influencing people and situations create and solve these
  3. No control - we must accept these

The first two clearly outline Adler’s separation of tasks: the line between one’s task and another’s is the same line between private (Habits 1,2,3) and public victories (Habits 4,5,6). Changing our approach and perspective on all three is within our control.
